4月15日下午，我校来自俄罗斯、土库曼斯坦、孟加拉国、也门、喀麦隆、布隆迪、哈萨克斯坦、印度尼西亚等国的留学生受邀参加了在杭州国际博览中心举行的第二期中国日报“新时代大讲堂”暨“21世纪杯”全国英语演讲比赛总决赛颁奖典礼。

　　浙江省政协主席、中共浙江省委宣传部部长葛慧君，中国日报社总编辑周树春，中共杭州市委副书记、杭州市人民政府市长徐立毅，十二届全国政协外事委员会副主任、全国政协十三届一次会议新闻发言人王国庆，中国侨联顾问、中国翻译协会顾问、中国翻译研究院副院长唐闻生，外交部翻译司司长张建敏，中国日报社副总编辑曲莹璞，中共浙江省委宣传部副部长琚朝晖，中共杭州市委常委、杭州市委宣传部部长戚哮虎，杭州市人民政府副市长陈红英，教育部高等教育司副司长徐青森，国际英语联合会主席保罗?博阿滕勋爵（Lord Paul Boateng），世界英语教师协会主席埃斯特尔?容（Ester J. de Jong）等国内外嘉宾出席活动。

　　中欧论坛创始人高大伟（David Gosset），复旦大学外国语言文学学院副院长、上海市台湾同胞联谊会会长卢丽安，中国日报资深记者、主持人方丹（Greg Fountain）作为演讲嘉宾同300余位来自“一带一路”沿线国家和地区人士、1200余位国内观众，以及海内外网友分享了他们对推动构建人类命运共同体的思考。

　　留学生在听完三位嘉宾的主旨演讲后纷纷表示感触颇深，不仅对构建人类命运共同体有了进一步的了解，认识到了在这么一个构筑世界格局、树立全球使命、谱写未来征程的新时代，“命运共同体”的提出是一个符合和平、发展、合作、共赢时代发展潮流的重要话题。下面来听听他们的感想吧！

“Vision China “has become a bridge, between China and the World. It’s a platform, not for only express your opinions, but also a place for exchange  and share your own culture with each other, make a lot of friends all around the world, and a chance to express your own ideas.
