为规范我校国际学生助管活动,本学期校内助管岗位申请即将开始,请符合条件的同学积极申报。具体安排如下。
一、招聘对象
浙江理工大学在籍在华国际学生,并符合以下条件:
(一)年满 18 周岁,符合岗位所需的身体条件;
(二)在中国境内持有有效学习类居留证件,且剩余有效居留时间为六个月以上;
(三)遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规,品行端正、表现良好,无违法犯罪记录和违规违纪行为;
(四)已在学校连续学习一年以上的本科生、研究生、进修生、研究学者;
(五)学业进展和出勤率达到学校要求;
(六)符合岗位要求。

三、聘任安排
(一)学生申请(3月21日-3月23日)
应聘助管岗位的国际学生需在申请时间内填写《国际学生助管申请表》(见附件),发送至邮箱wlw@zstu.edu.cn。
(二)岗位聘任(3月23日-3月25日)
1、国际教育学院将根据助管岗位工作要求对申请人的材料进行审核,申请人超出岗位所招聘人数时,将组织面试,最终决定聘任名单。
2、同等条件下优先考虑家庭经济困难的学生。
3、1名国际学生不得同时应聘2个岗位。
(三)岗位考核
获聘助管岗位的国际学生应按照岗位要求,认真履行职责;每月底填写《浙江理工大学国际学生助管岗位考核表》,并由负责工作指导的管理干部对国际学生出勤率、工作态度和职责完成情况等方面进行客观的评价。岗位考核不合格者将终止聘用,停发岗位津贴,并不得参加新的岗位应聘。
四、其他说明
国际学生助管岗位薪酬标准为15元/小时•人,每月工作量30-40小时,由国际教育学院根据考核结果按月发放。薪酬发放产生的税费由国际学生自己承担。

Recruitment Notice on On-campus Assistant Positions for ZSTU International Students
All international students:
Recruitment of On-campus Assistant for ZSTU International Students is about to start. Specific arrangements are as follows.
I. Target Students
All ZSTU international students in China who meet the following basic conditions:
(1) Be at least 18 years old and meet the physical requirements for the position.
(2) Hold a valid residence permit for study in China with the remaining validity of more than six months.
(3) Abide by the laws and regulations of China and the school rules and regulations, and have a good performance, no illegal or criminal records and disciplinary violations.
(4) Undergraduate, postgraduate and non-degree students who have been continuously studying at ZSTU for at least one year.
(5 Academic progress and attendance meet school requirements.
(6) Meet the requirements of the position.

III. Appointment Arrangement
(1) Application (March 21 - March 23)
International students applying for the position shall fill out the International Student On-campus Assistant Application Form (see Annex) , then send to mailbox(wlw@zstu.edu.cn) during the application period.
(2) Position Appointment (March 23 - March 25)
①International Students Office will review the applicants' materials. If the number of applicants exceeds the positions recruited, an interview will be organized.
②Priority will be given to students from economically disadvantaged families under the same conditions.
③ Every international student may not apply for 2 positions at the same time.
(3) Performance Assessment
International students who get the positions should perform their duties in accordance with the requirements of the positions; Fill in the "Assessment Form for International Students' Assistantship" at the end of each month, and the management cadres will make objective evaluation on the attendance, work attitude and completion of duties. Those who fail to pass the assessment will have their employment terminated, their allowance will be stopped, and they are not allowed to apply for new positions.
IV. Other Notes
The allowance rate for international students' on-campus assistant positions is RMB15 per hour per person, with a monthly workload of 30-40 hours, which will be paid monthly by the School of International Education according to the assessment results. Taxes from the payout will be borne by the international students themselves.
