On June 18th, the 2024 International Student Graduation Ceremony of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University was held in the lecture hall on the second floor of the administrative building at the Qiantang campus. Vice President Yao Juming attended, and heads of relevant departments such as the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, External Liaison Office, and International Education College attended. More than 40 2024 international student graduates, as well as their parents, relatives, and friends, attended the graduation ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Chen Minzhi, Vice Dean of the School of International Education.

Before the ceremony, international students leave their names and graduation wishes on the signature wall, and take a group photo to commemorate the graduation moment with commemorative significance. Each graduate also received a graduation gift carefully prepared by the school, which revolves around the creation of the school's unique architecture.

At the ceremony, outstanding graduates represented undergraduate student LUNKAMBA KAIBA TRYPHENE from the School of International Fashion Technology (Chinese name: Jenny), master's student HASAN MD KAMRUL from the School of Textile Science and Engineering, and doctoral student DO KHAI LY from the School of Textile Science and Engineering. They reviewed their unforgettable experiences and wonderful times studying at our school, expressed gratitude to each teacher of our alma mater for their careful cultivation and earnest guidance, and expressed their commitment to jointly become international disseminators and promoters of Chinese culture, striving to add glory and color to our alma mater.

MUSHTAQ ASIM, a doctoral student graduating from the School of Materials Science and Engineering in 2023, shared his learning experience at Zhejiang University of Technology as an alumni representative, emphasizing five key points: "embracing failure", "maintaining curiosity", "building relationships", "responding to feedback", and "being loyal to values". He hopes that graduates will cherish those past memories, friendships, and experiences, and move towards the future with confidence, courage, and hope!

Vice President Yao Juming delivered a speech, sending the warmest congratulations and best wishes to the 2024 graduates who have successfully completed their studies and are about to embark on a new journey in life. He inspires graduates to persist in lifelong learning and continuous exploration. I hope graduates can apply the knowledge and skills learned in school to their work and life, and serve society. He also reminded everyone to maintain an open mindset, accept differences, learn from others with an open mindset, and constantly speak out their own voice. He also demands that international students and graduates dare to be the first and have the courage to innovate. Encourage every student to uphold the spirit of innovation, dare to think and act, constantly climb, and become a innovator and pioneer in the progress of the times. Finally, he wishes all international students and graduates to live up to the expectations of their alma mater, tell the stories of Zhejiang and Li, and China to the world, and strive to become cultural ambassadors of mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign people.

At the ceremony, a degree certificate awarding ceremony was held. Graduates dressed in degree gowns were filled with joy and excitement, and took turns to stage. The leaders presented degree certificates to the graduates and took a group photo.
