Notes:
1. Transcripts of 2017 Spring and Fall semesters and “Study and Conduct Summary of 2018 Spring Semester” have to be stamped by your college;
2. Chinese language students/bachelor students who will transfer to degree students/graduate students ARE freshmen.
3. None freshman should submit the application document to your own department first, the department will collect all the information and deliver to the international students office. Other documents shall be submitted at request.
